The A.V.C Biomass Power Plant utilizes the most advanced circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler technology currently available, allowing for the complete combustion of wood chips and agricultural waste. With a condensing turbine efficiency of 85%, the plant not only provides a stable power source but also solves the problem of forestry waste. The dual exhaust gas treatment system (Cyclone + Bag filter) ensures compliance with the strictest environmental standards.
- Power generation capacity: 18 MW (2 units x 9 MW).
- Boiler technology: CFB (Circulating Fluidized Bed) – 75 tons of steam/hour.
- Temperature/Pressure: 485°C / 53 bar.
- Fuel: Wood chips, sawdust (35-45% moisture).
- Exhaust gas treatment system: Cyclone + Bag filter.
- Fuel consumption: ~180 tons/day.
