Cassava starch

Description: A.V.C cassava starch is a product processed from high-quality fresh cassava tubers using modern technology and meticulous filtration to remove impurities. The product has high whiteness, uniform fineness, contains no harmful additives, and meets the stringent standards for both the food and industrial sectors (paper, textiles, pharmaceuticals).

  • Ash Content: 0.2%
  • Packaging: 50kg PP/PE bags or Jumbo bags as required.

Cassava chips

A.V.C cassava chips are produced from fresh cassava tubers, undergoing a process of thorough washing, slicing, and drying to meet standards. The product is an important raw material for the animal feed industry (livestock, poultry, and aquaculture) and for the production of bioethanol. We are committed to strictly controlling moisture content and impurities to ensure a long shelf life.

  • Moisture content: 13%
  • Fiber content: 4%
  • Protein content: < 2%
  • Packaging: 50kg bags or bulk.

Cashew Nuts

Description: A.V.C cashew nuts are meticulously selected from renowned growing regions with the most suitable soil for cashew tree growth. Through a modern shelling, drying, and sorting process, the finished cashew nuts retain their bright color, crisp texture, rich flavor, and high nutritional content. We offer a variety of nut sizes according to international standards (AFI), meeting the stringent requirements of the export and food processing markets.

Dried Fruits

Description: Capturing the flavors of nature in every product, A.V.C Dried Fruits (Mango, Jackfruit, Banana, Pineapple…) are processed using advanced Freeze Drying or Soft Drying technology. This technology helps the product retain maximum vitamins, vibrant colors, and the naturally sweet taste of fresh fruit without the need for preservatives or artificial sweeteners. This is a healthy snack suitable for modern consumer trends.

  • Main products: Soft dried mango, crispy dried jackfruit chips.
  • Moisture content: 15-20% (Soft dried) or < 5% (Crispy dried).
  • Sugar content: Low sugar or no added sugar.
  • Characteristics: No preservatives, retains original flavor.
  • Shelf life: 12 months.
  • Packaging: 100g and 500g zip bags or export cartons.
